Course Cancellation Policy

Cardiac CT networks  reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond its control.  Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation.  Registration fees for courses cancelled by a cardiac CT networks will be refunded in full.  However, cardiac CT networks will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.

REFUND POLICY

Because of the high demand, cancellation of registration or deposit made 3 weeks prior to the course date will result in a full refund less a 500$ cancellation fee. Unfortunately, due to the amount of preparation for any of the Cardiac CTA training level II course,  cancellations received 1 weeks or less of course delivery will result in the full forfeiture of the tuition or deposit amount.  Rescheduling of the class is subject to no rescheduling fee. Also, all product sales are final and non-refundable.
