Registration Cancellation Policy

The State-of-the-Art Cardiovascular CT Level II course by Wilke, Adams, Allen et al. Course registration fee is partial refundable if you cancel your registration by 11:59pm EST on January 10th, 2021. Any cancellation made by January 10th 2021, is subject to a $75 administration fee. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in refund.  

In the event that the educational meeting, workshop or event does not take place, registration fees will be  fully refunded.

Code of conduct

By participating in the Level II event, whether virtual or in-person, individuals agree to comply with the meetings code of conduct, which help ensure a safe environment for everybody: Be excellent to each other, show empathy and help make this a safe space for relevant discussion.

This Level II course is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, experience, or religion (or lack thereof) or technology choices . We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media (View Level II  social media disclaimer). Participants violating this code may be sanctioned or expelled from Level II  events without a refund at the discretion of the organizers, and appropriate legal action will be taken against violators where applicable.
